If at any time after the initial inspection, a vehicle is found to be illegal
for any class, for which it is entered, that vehicle will be disqualified for
the remainder of the event.

·
Vehicles
may run only once per class. Each competition vehicle may enter a maximum of 3
classes, provided class and general rules are followed. Exception: if the
vehicle races in 2 male classes and 1 female class, it may be entered in an
additional female class, provided it fits the class rules.
·

·
Disqualification
line is a minimum of 150 feet beyond the finish line.
·
All
vehicles making a full pass must come to a complete stop in the shut down area
and may not move either forward or backward until clearly signaled to do so by
the red flagman. Leaving the shut down area or backing away from the
disqualification line without being cleared by the red flagman will result in
disqualification.
·
Payback
will be 100% of entry fees. (1st = 40%, 2nd = 30%, 3rd
= 20%, 4th = 10%). In the event that fewer than 4 legal runs are
made all remaining prize money will go to the first place driver. It is the
driver’s responsibility to claim all prize money. MMOR will not give prize
money to anyone but the driver in which the check is made payable.
·
In
the event of a tie, the drivers will split the monies for that place and the
next lower place. All entrants below that place will be moved one place farther
down in the standings. If trophies are awarded, the tying drivers will have a
coin toss to decide which driver will be awarded the larger trophy.
·
All
prize money should be collected no later than 30 minutes after the end of the last
class. If money is not picked up, it will be forfeited back to MMOR. MMOR will
not mail out winnings.

Off-Roaders will officiate and may refuse any driver that appears intoxicated
and/or any vehicle that is modified or operated in an unsafe manner.
·
Mid-Missouri
Off-Roaders will provide a wristband for each driver to be placed on the left
arm. Wristband must be shown at the time of entering the pit and at anytime if
requested. If caught or suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or
drugs, the wristband will be removed and entry fee will not be refunded. This
will also prevent you from racing. If wristband has been altered in any way,
you will not be allowed to race or receive a refund. Only drivers can withdraw
from a class to make sure the wristband has been removed.
·
The
only person allowed to run in a class is the person registered on the
registration sheet. If your wrist band is taken the vehicle is not allowed to
be run in the class.
·
The

on trackside controversies. Only past or present officers or board members are

Vehicles
that exit the side of the pit will be measured from the point of exit, not
disqualified. Vehicles that get stuck in the pit will be measured at the
farthest hub.
·
If
the vehicle does not pass the 20 ft mark the driver has an option of one
restart immediately after being pulled from the pit.
·
Skimmers/rails
will run first in Open Super Modified and Women’s Super Modified for the safety
of the drivers.
·
Time
starts with first movement of race vehicle. Time will stop when front of
vehicle crosses finish line or with the waiving of the red flag. Side by side
mud drag time starts on the green light.
·
No
alcoholic beverages will be allowed at trackside.
·
A
kill-switch cable will be provided to all persons wishing to use it. If it
unplugs prior to the finish line, the vehicle will be returned to the starting
line for a second pass. The driver has 2 minutes to fix the problem. No third
chance will be given.
·
Vehicles
that continue to run after being unplugged will be disqualified. MMOR may waive
the kill switch if the facility has sufficient shut down area.
·
There
will be no exhibition runs during the sanctioned event. All costs associated
with exhibition runs will be the responsibility of the sponsoring town or
organization. The Mid-Missouri Off-Roaders will provide no workers or equipment
for an exhibition run, with the exception of the optional “Unlimited Cut and
Paddle Tire” class.
·
All
members must sign up to work at least 2 classes before they are allowed to
register. This rule will not take effect if the sign-up sheet is full.
·
Any
protest of a vehicle must be made before the class starts. The protest committee
will consist of Head of Tech and the Executive Committee. A fee of $25 will be
assessed for all protests. In the event that the protested vehicle is found to
be legal, the $25 will be donated to a charity of the club’s choice. If the
vehicle is found to be illegal, the $25 will be refunded to the individual who
presents the protest. Protests must come from drivers within that class only.
·
The
Mid-Missouri Off-Roaders will enforce a “no tolerance” rule pertaining to
disputes with race officials. If an official is put into an argumentative
